Starbucks is the biggest coffee house in the world, which has 20000 stores in 65 countries. Due to its innovative ads and marketing strategy it dominates the industry. According to the latest survey Starbucks is the best global brand in the world. Its logo is instantly recognizable by the people across the planet. Starbucks was started by 3 friends in Seattle. The original coffee shop was opened in Western ave. in 1971. AFter 5 years it was moved to another place, which is functioning till nowadays. In 1987 when they already had 6 coffee houses in Seattle a foe=rmer employee bought the chain. He wanted to combine the Italian coffee culture and Starbucks coffee beans and friendly service. That idea had instant success and the chain enlarged rapidly. In 1990 there were  already 84 coffee shops. In 2000 there were already 3501 stores. During ten years it grew 5.5 times. There were several critics cornering its rapid growth. One criticism was that it was an unfair approach to small local cafes. Even the employee of Sturbuck admitted that criticism. The employee also admitted that the growth shouldn’t change the companies culture. Starbucks don’t have a slogan, but their philosophy isn’t to sell just coffee but offer complete experience to the customers. That’s why they focus on creating a friendly welcoming atmosphere and supplying ethically sorted ingredients.

How to Influence and persuade people

Being able to influence people is one of the most important qualities of a great leader. It is very difficult to influence and persuade people. In my opinion, to influence a person means to manipulate. Many believe that this skill is driven by confidence, intelligence, and charisma.But here are some steps in my opinion on how to persuade and influence people։

• Build trust and be consistent.You cannot influence or persuade a person if that person doesn’t trust you.Be an open person, but not too friendly. People love people who are open and have nothing to hide.Show that you can be trusty and helpful in everything, but remember to always put your interests first.
• Be confident in your steps․When people see that you are confident in everything, even your mistakes, people start to admire and think that they need someone like you to follow as an example.Remember people love confident persons.
• Make people like you.It is clear that people cannot follow the person they hate.So try to be loved․
• Always look good․People have always said that first opinion is not important and what is important is the inside of a person and not the outside of a person․That’s a lie․ Even those people will always get to know someone who is well-groomed than someone who is not groomed.A person’s appearance plays a very important role in the opinion of others.And in general, who will you follow and listen to a person who always look good or a messy one?

Six points success: SEB TALK

Today we will speak about one of the important factors for humans, how to be successful .Of course everybody wants to be successful, but the imagination of it are quite different. Now I will share my opinion on six essential points for success.

• The most important point is to be diligent. Let’s compare a lazy but smart person and a not so clever but diligent one. What do you think who will be more successful? It’s obvious that the diligent person will get more success, because he will always do steps to success. And will become successful due to his experiences . 
• Second point is to be self-confident because you can’t make others appreciate your abilities If you aren’t confident on it.
• The third point is to have some money, because you can’t start up any business or improve your knowledge or do any steps for finding yourself in the world without minimum sam. But if a person is hard-working he can earn It.
• The fourth one is to have good communication skills. Due to these skills a person can be lovable by society  which is a very important part for being successful. 
• The fifth is to have motivation, because without motivation you will get disappointed and will just from the first failure. No one can become successful without overcoming several failures.
• The sixth point is to be patient, because no one can become successful at once. It’s a long-lasting process.

Of course each of you will mention different six points, because everybody becomes successful according to his way of thinking and his characters.

Gloomy day

On a gloomy February day bachelor approached me . He was trying to assemble visibly attractive women to help him with a plan.
This Unforeseen man devised to take me for dinner . It was frigid cold. Instead he took me to a vacant abandon solitary house. We descended to the Basement. I realized that I was in a peril .I was debating that I should conceal or run away. I made an of oath to survive. That Creepy man persuaded me help him to eliminate his enemy . Later he vanished to get something and I realize that was my perfect time to run. It was difficult but I managed to break free. Now it’s my annual tradition to light the candles on the February 28 to survive for hardship .That is minimum I can do for my young, inattentive self.

A selfie is a photograph that you take of yourself. Selfie is now very popular all over the world. Almost everyone in this world takes selfies.I like to take selfies because selfies make me look beautiful․ If you open the instagram, facebook and so on, you will see how selfies have taken al over the world. The first selfie did Robert Cornelius, an American photographer, took a daguerreotype of himself in 1839. Oxford Dictionaries declared “selfie” its 2013 word of the year, but the term began growing in popularity in 2011 in Australia, before peaking worldwide in 2014, according to Google Trends. The first known use of the word selfie in any paper or electronic medium appeared in an Australian internet forum on 13 September 2002 .

Heroes of all time:Elizabeth Blackwell։the first female doctor

Opening opportunities for women in the medical field has made Elizabeth Blackwell a hero to all. She paved the way for other women to have an easier time obtaining a medical career. 
As the first woman in the U.S. to become a medical doctor, Elizabeth Blackwell initially thought of a career in medicine when a female friend suffering from a terminal illness remarked that she would have fared better if she had had a female physician. Blackwell was accepted to Geneva Medical College in 1847, but her acceptance was looked upon by her fellow students as an administrative joke. She experienced the stigmas of discrimination throughout her studies but was still awarded a medical degree, ranking first in her class. Even then, she was still ostracized by some of her peers and even her patients.  

However, her tenacity pioneered the education of women in medicine, and she eventually opened her own medical college for women. In addition, as the first woman to be admitted to the British Medical Register, she had the right to practice medicine in both the U.K. and the United States. lizabeth Blackwell showed perseverance and determination through all the hardships and rejections throughout her life.

Happiness is something that is hard to describe in words.  It can only be felt. Different people have different ideas about happiness.  We can ask hundreds of people and each of them will probably give different answers. So everyone has their own factors of happiness. For one it is material values, for another it is spiritual. Everyone has their own idea of ​​how to be happy.
